SCREEN PRINTING PROCESS

Screen printing involves creating a stencil—known as a screen—and using it to apply ink onto a garment. Each color in a design requires a separate screen, with inks applied one at a time to achieve the final look. Designs with more colors require additional screens and setup time.

Because screen printing applies a thicker layer of ink than digital printing, it produces brighter, more vibrant colors. This method is ideal for designs that require high impact, specialty inks, or larger quantities—typically orders over twelve (12) pieces. While we do not have minimum order requirements, pricing may be higher for smaller quantities due to setup costs.

PRICING

Several factors influence the final cost of your screen printing project:

Garment Type
We offer affordable, mid-range, and premium garment options across a variety of styles. Browse our catalogs to explore all available products.

Quantity
Screen printing setup costs mean that pricing decreases at certain volume breakpoints. Larger orders typically result in lower per-item costs. Contact us for detailed pricing options.

Number of Print Locations
Each print location requires its own setup and screens. A single front print will cost less than a front-and-back or multi-location design.

Number of Colors
Each color adds to setup time and production cost. One-color prints are more economical than multi-color designs. For artwork with many tones or gradients, a process print may be a more cost-effective solution.

Deadline
All orders are produced on demand. Rush orders with shorter turnaround times may incur higher costs than projects with more flexible timelines.

We also offer custom embroidery and additional apparel decoration services to meet all your branding needs.
